Marland “Marty” Billings, EDPNA

Marty Billings is a Certified EDPNA pursuant to the Social Security Act and SSA Regulatory criteria 20 CFR 404.1717. He has 17 years experience working in the legal field and specializes in social security disability hearings and appeals, as well as case management. He has deep SS experience from Applications through the Administrative Adjudicatory levels. He is adept at conducting thorough legal research, complex document preparation, medical record reviews, and brief writing before Administrative Law Judges and the Appeals Council. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Under SSA’s regulation, he is required to abide by the same rules as Attorneys practicing before the Social Security Administration and is required to pass an exam testing the federal regulations, Social Security Rulings and Sequential List, including CE training in Ethics, in addition to passing an extensive background check, and be insured. He is SSA Eligible for Direct Pay Non-Attorney, Marty says he approaches his caseload like distance running: it requires unwavering focus on to the finish line to win.
