Volodymyr (“Vlad”) Zakhvatayev has been representing Social Security clients since 2020, and has written hundreds of appellate briefs for the Appeals Council of the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review. He is an accredited VA attorney, by the Veterans Affairs Administration since 2018. He does Social Security appeals in the United States District Courts for the Middle District and Southern Districts of Florida.
He has represented clients before the Social Security Disability Administration (SSA), Social Security Appeals Council, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and Florida Bureau of Administrative Reviews (BAR). Following admission to the Fl Bar he additionally represents clients with alcohol and drug related cases.
When not at work, he loves spending time with his family. He is married and has three step-children. He is passionate about photography, orchestral music, travelling, and camping.
