Backlog At Social Security – What Can Be Done?

Avard Law Offices is working hard to get claims moving faster at the Social Security Administration.   Unfortunately, Social Security is significantly behind in processing these claims compared to previous years. We want to bring this to the attention of our congressmen and senators as it is causing unnecessary delays at every level in the process of these claims, resulting in serious hardships to this handicapped population. We have attached a sample letter that we would like clients to send to their congressmen and senators as soon as possible. Clearly, an increase in staff is warranted at the Social Security Administration at every level.
